During peak summer travel season, when many RV service providers are booked days or even weeks in advance, Hobby RV stepped up in a big way.

I called on Wednesday morning looking for expedited service on what we believed was going to be a significant repair involving a macerator pump on a diesel pusher. Without hesitation, they committed to an 8:15 AM appointment the following morning, taking me at my word regarding the diagnosis, parts procurement, and even trusting that the holding tanks had been properly cleaned beforehand. Anyone in the industry knows this isn't exactly a glamorous job.

By the end of the second day, both leadership and the original technician were on-site, working together to ensure the customer had the best possible experience.

In the end, we walked away with more solutions than expected, two very fair invoices, and a newfound appreciation for a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
